Andrew Harris

Andrew Harris’ mythological paintings are created through a combination of observational thought and emotive intuition, enabling a complex, cohesive blend of genres.

Each work begins in his sketchbook and is then moved through various stages of development. In his practice, Harris simultaneously draws upon traditional methods and instinctive reactions from the materiality of paint.

Harris will be exhibiting his work at the Artist Project Contemporary Art Fair, 22-25 February at the Better Living Centre in Toronto.
