Influential Photography

Robert Frank (1924-2019) captured almost 30,000 photographs whilst traveling between the East and West coasts of the US. 83 of these were published in the artist’s highly influential book The Americans – changing the course of post-war photography.

C/O Berlin’s new exhibition, Unseen, presents these images alongside early works from Frank’s oeuvre, navigating Switzerland, Europe and South America. The show demonstrates his unique style, as cropped figures, blurred movement and signature framing come together to draw a striking portrait of life.

Until 30 November. Find out more here.
