Refund, Replacement & Cancellation Policy

Subscription Refunds

If at any time you wish to cancel a subscription, your refund will be for the unused portion of that subscription based on the issue cover price, plus postage and packaging costs. Please send us an email at subscriptions@aestheticamagazine.com and explain that you would like to cancel your subscription. We will calculate the amount due to you and issue a refund.


Competition Refunds

If at any time you wish to withdraw from the Aesthetica Art Prize or Creative Writing Award, we will offer you a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Refunds will be made by the same method of payment. Please include your Order Reference Number as proof of purchase. Please  email us at artprize@aestheticamagazine.com or writing@aestheticamagazine.com and explain that you would like to withdraw.

If it is after the 30 days of the purchase date, or if you enter the competition but fail to send your work, a refund cannot be processed.


Future Now Symposium Tickets Refunds

We regret that we cannot exchange, refund or transfer passes or tickets unless the event in question has been cancelled or rescheduled.

If due to any unforeseen circumstances, an event is cancelled, the customer is entitled to a 100% refund. All refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account.

If due to any unforeseen circumstances, an event has to be rescheduled, the customer is entitled to an exchange for a new ticket valid for the new date or venue or a full refund.

We are unable to refund any tickets that are lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed.

If you purchase tickets but fail to attend, a refund cannot be processed.


Delivery Policy

Subscription Delivery will start with the current issue, unless if another issue is requested by the subscriber, following receipt of payment.

Subscribers and buyers will receive their first issue between 7 and 14 days for UK customers, and likely to be longer for overseas residents depending on where they live.

Replacement Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. To return a faulty item, please enclose a letter giving the reason for return, secure the package and return to the address below.

For security we suggest you use a recorded delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or if the item is damaged.

Note: in the event of Aesthetica Magazine Ltd sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective or incorrect item, you must return the original item to Aesthetica Magazine Ltd within 30 days of our e-mail confirming the issue of the replacement item. Ownership of the original item reverts to Aesthetica Magazine Ltd. Provided you return this item to us within the 30 days, you will have nothing more to pay. If you do not return the original item to us by the end of the 30 days period, we reserve the right to charge an amount equal to the price of your original order to the payment card you used for the order, as compensation for our loss.

When you send your item back to us, we’ll process the returned item then notify you via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within three weeks of our receiving your return.

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and we’ll reimburse your costs in returning it to us.

If there has been no error on our part, we will refund only the cost of the item. We will not refund the cost of delivery or other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.
