Since its invention in 1816, generations of children have been mesmerised by the kaleidoscope. A2arquitectos, a collective dedicated to creating dream-like experiences through the play of light and reflection, have created a large-scale version – a six-metre hexagonal tunnel which visitors can physically enter and interact with, filled with the reflections of the people who enter the space.

Kaleidoscope, 2015. Expanded polystyrene covered by polyurethane and acrylic mirrors. 232cm x 268cm x 600cm.
