Graeme Haunholter works across computational design, digital fabrication, prototyping, graphic design and photography. With a multidisciplinary approach, his images are at the intersection of architecture and design industries.
The featured project, which looks at the installation of satellite dishes around Ricardo Bofill’s La Muralla Roja, Alicante. Cables and metal poles emerge from the brightly coloured walls, seemingly as an extension of the geometric design.
The Muralla Roja site has been the subject of many photographs and fine art compositions, though Haunholter specifically looks to the elevation of the everyday and the markers of the digital age, interweaving bright skylines with the nestling of white dishes protruding towards the sun.
