Matthew Murray’s series, Saddleworth: Responding to a Landscape, combines light, nature and geology to offer an atmospheric, uncanny representation of the British landscape. Otherworldly forms and colours come together to create eerie and desolate compositions, providing new perspectives on an historic region. The collection is part of an exhibition at Gallery Vassie, Amsterdam, until 14 July.
