Lucy Knox is an artist preoccupied with notions of identity, exploring constructs of beauty and rapture, violence, desire, sexuality and gender. The practitioner uses traditional painterly understandings of colour, tone and chiaroscuro in her video work incorporating installation, photography and performance.
