Photographic Responses

Positioning photography as a  key – yet often deceptive – historical tool, In The Still of the Night at Fotohof, Salzburg, examines public and private worlds through the work of five socio-politically responsive practitioners.

One such artist is Edmund Clark, whose work uncovers the hidden spaces of control in the “war on terror.” Visualizing the covert sites and experiences associated with the global response to terrorism, the works navigate unsettling domestic arenas.

The show runs 10 August-29 September. Find out more here.
