Foregrounding women in contemporary photography, 30 Under 30 – opening at Galerie Claude Samuel, Paris – showcases innovative depictions of everyday life and the natural landscape through images by female practitioners. Spanning architectural imagery, fashion photography and photojournalism, the selection offers a diverse array of subject matter.
Featured here are images by Aesthetica Art Prize alumnus Tania Franco Klein, whose oeuvre looks to themes of emotional disconnection and consumption in the digital age. In a similar way, photographer and cinematographer Gaia Squarci pushes past traditional forms of documentary practice, moving towards a personal approach.
The show runs 8 November-2 December. Find out more here.
