German photographer Michael Wolf’s first complete photographic series goes on display at Flowers Gallery, London. The body of work, entitled Bottrop-Ebel 76, captures the shared identity of a community living in a small coal mining village in the Ruhr District, Germany. The collection marks the beginning of Wolf’s interest in socially engaged documentary photography.
