Audiovisual Immersion

Audiovisual Immersion
“I use my mental tongue to mix together the images that are just behind and just in front of my eyelids.” Describing herself as a child of television, Pipilotti Rist incorporates the visual language of music videos into bold, immersive installations. Bright colours, distortion and a strong aesthetic define the artist’s early work, which is on display Kunsthalle zu Kiel.

Until 2 September. Find out more here.
