Best known for a body of powerful images taken in Europe during and after WWII, photographer Tony Vaccaro (b. 1922) later became recognised for commercial fashion and lifestyle campaigns for publications such as Harper’s Bazaar and Life.

Demonstrating this extraordinary diversity, Renaissance – an exhibition at Monroe Gallery, Santa Fe – offers examples from throughout his career.
