A Year of Aesthetica Photographers
Speak To Me
In a world defined by digital cameras, profile pictures and never-ending updates, creating a visual work that resonates is increasingly difficult. Each issue of Aesthetica features works by some of today’s rising stars in photographic practice from around the world. With precise detail, intricate lighting and visual aplomb, 2011 has seen a range of photographers creating works that not only inspire, but that also rest somewhere in between the worlds of art and fashion. In the context of image-making, these photographers grasp not only what is aesthetic, but invite you into a series of new dialogues. The following images are a highlight of this year’s works.
