Scientific Abstraction

Spencer Finch’s featured light installation is simultaneously abstract and scientific. The piece forms an accurate representation of the chemical composition of moon dust as gathered during the Apollo 17 mission. The visually stunning work will be on display at The Baltimore Museum of Art for the next seven years.
