Talisman in the Age of Difference at Stephen Friedman Gallery, London, brings together works by artists of African origin and the diaspora. Curated by pioneering British artist Yinka Shonibare MBE, the exhibition offers a diverse range of pieces engaging with political and spiritual themes. Featured practitioners include: Lubaina Himid, Zanele Muholi, Mickalene Thomas, Isaac Julien and Sonia Boyce.
