Next month, the inaugural Riga International Biennial of Contemporary Art, Everything Was Forever, Until It Was No More, brings together artwork from the Baltic region and beyond. Featured artists include Trevor Paglen, Mark Dion, Sissel Tolaas and Michael Landy, who offer socially and culturally responsive projects.
