The urban landscape, surveillance culture and the impossibility of privacy in the city are recurring concerns in the work created by Stanza. The artist makes use of new technologies to examine real-time networked events and multiple perspectives. The Nemesis Machine monitors the constant flux of the internet and networked devices to create beautiful maps of live data.
