Mi-Young Choi’s Case for the Defence comes from a series of works that are contemplations on our civilisation’s potential for progress, juxtaposed alongside its capacity for destruction. The minimal composition presented here suggest ambiguous elements that represent human activity and aspirations, which are set against the purity of nature.
