The central driving force behind all of Voss-Andreae’s work, in art as well as in science, is a deep curiosity and a passion for nature. Spannungsfeld offers an illusionary representation of a kneeling male and female form. Through the steady engineering of each stainless steel figure, both statues dissolve as the viewer confronts the sculptures head-on.
