Diego Fiori & Olga Pohankova

According to medieval philosophers, being a subject is an insubstantial way of being that does not exist in itself. In Fiori and Phankova’s film, the nature of the image is questioned, particularly the one of the reflected corpse in the mirror. This work is a tribute and simultaneously a contestation of Jean Cocteau.
