Carolina Tafalla is a multidisciplinary artist. She creates compositions, installations and situations that reoconsider our environment and play with predetermined ideas and rethink social behaviour.
Her first book has recently been published. It’s a Trap accompanies her eponymous installation, one which sees the disruption of day-to-day activities of the location where it is hosted: 16,000 coloured balls roll from place to place, inviting the accidental or active participation of the residents and visitors to the site. Tafalla will present a new participatory installation I was here. The cabin at BOZAR Centre for Fine Arts during the Accessible Art Fair Brussels, 5-8 October.
