Transfiguring everyday objects into items of contemplation, Jan Groover’s photography foregrounds the banality of the quotidian. An exhibition at Gesellschaft für Aktuelle Kunst, Bremen, highlights the way in which her use of light, colour and form creates surreal, performative showgrounds that comment on the social landscape of late 20th-century America.
Until 12 November. Find out more: www.gak-bremen.de.
