Moving Image Art Fair, London

Moving Image will be returning to the Bargehouse in London’s South Bank this October, from the 11th until the 14th. The contemporary art fair, this year partnering with Aesthetica, will be showcasing an international selection of 35 single-channel videos and installations from Europe, Central Asia, the Middle East, South America, and North America. Guests can view the moving images in the context of a fair, while still allowing the artworks to be understood and appreciated on their own terms.

There will be a huge variety of works on display, showcasing emerging artists and highly influential pioneers of video and filmmaking. At the top end guests will become acquianted with Peter Campus, Gary Hill and Leslie Thornton. While, Moving Image presents up-and-coming talent; Jen DeNike, Ryan McNamara, Anssi Kasitonni and Luke Murphy. There will also be installations on show, including works by Carolee Schneemann, Alessandro Balteo Yazbeck and Media Farzin, Burak Arikan and Nezaket Ekici.
