Artificial Worlds

Signe Pierce’s Faux Realities brings together 30 photographs that showcase an innovative vision for a highly-saturated, hyperreal world. Combining luminescent colours and artificial tonalities, the images call into question the element of truth within image-based practices. In doing so, the role of the artist becomes one of surreal authority; one that can edit, compose and create new landscapes and identities through an excessive spectrum of possibility.

At Annka Kultys Gallery, London, until 1 July. For more information: www.annkakultys.com
