“To take pictures had become a necessity and I did not want to forgo it for anything .” After meeting war photographer Robert Capa, journalist Inge Morath’s career was transformed forever. Over the coming years, the practitioner honed her photographic skills, traversing the globe as a travel, portrait and reportage photographer and joining Magnum Photos in 1953.
 
A show at Das Verborgene Museum, Berlin,  offers a comprehensive view of Morath’s life and work until 26 August. Find out more here.
